The continue statement breaks one iteration (in the loop), if a specified condition occurs, and continues with the next iteration in the loop.
The continue statement is used within looping and switch control statements when you directly jump to the next iteration.
Example:
for ($num = 0; $num < 10; $num++) {
if ($num == 6) {
continue;
}
echo "The number is: $num <br>";
}
