Photo and signature rules differ by recruitment notice. Presets are starting points, not a guarantee of acceptance.
Some portals specify dimensions in pixels, while others specify physical size or only file size. Where an official source does not specify pixel dimensions, this tool leaves the dimensions unchanged unless you enter them.
Can I change the preset dimensions or KB limit?
Yes. The preset fills in suggested values, but width, height, minimum KB, maximum KB and output format remain editable. Always compare them with the current official notification.
Will this tool always get the file under the maximum KB limit?
Not in every case. Some image formats or exact dimension requirements can make a limit impossible. For JPEG and WebP, the tool tries lower quality settings. It tells you when the result still misses a limit.
Does the tool store my photo or signature?
The image is processed in your current browser tab. The tool does not upload it or store it in a server-side database. Removing the image or closing the tab releases the tool's local preview references.
Does a file-size match guarantee that a portal will accept my photo?
No. Portals may check photo age, background, face visibility, signature appearance, file names and other conditions. Check the official application instructions before submitting.
