The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for the NEET UG 2024 examination. You can verify the NEET answer key using your application number and date of birth.

Raise Objections by May 31

NTA invites candidates to raise objections against the provisional answer key by May 31, 2024, with a fee of Rs 200 per question. These objections will undergo a thorough examination by a panel of subject experts. If validated, the answer key will be revised accordingly. The final answer key, post-revisions, will form the basis for result compilation and announcement.

Steps to Check Your NEET UG Provisional Answer Key:

  1. Visit the NTA website at exams.nta.ac.in.
  2. Click on the NEET UG exam page.
  3. Open the provisional answer key challenge window.

Evaluate Your Performance:

Calculate your NEET marks using the formula:

NEET marks = (4 x number of correct answers) – number of incorrect answers.

Important Note from NTA:

The NTA has clarified that a panel of subject experts will verify the challenges submitted by candidates. If they find a challenge to be accurate, they will update the answer key universally. The agency will use the final answer key for result compilation and will not send individual notifications regarding the acceptance or rejection of challenges. The expert panel’s verdict will be final, and candidates must submit their challenges by the deadline of May 31, 2024 (until 11:50 P.M.).
